By using this website, you warrant on behalf of yourself, your users, and other parties you represent that you will not:
The intellectual property in the materials contained in this website are owned by or licensed to rEvolutionaryTherapist and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. We grant our users permission to download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory use.
This constitutes the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions or the Terms of Service, and may be terminated by rEvolutionaryTherapist at any time.
You retain your intellectual property ownership rights over content you submit to us for publication on our website. We will never claim ownership of your content, but we do require a license from you in order to use it.
When you use our website or its associated services to post, upload, share, or otherwise transmit content covered by intellectual property rights, you grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly display, translate, or otherwise create derivative works of your content in a manner that is consistent with your privacy preferences and our Privacy Policy.
The license you grant us can be terminated at any time by deleting your content or account. However, to the extent that we (or our partners) have used your content in connection with commercial or sponsored content, the license will continue until the relevant commercial or post has been discontinued by us.
You give us permission to use your username and other identifying information associated with your account in a manner that is consistent with your privacy preferences and our Privacy Policy.
In order to use our services you need to create an account. Any information provided needs to be accurate and updated if necessary. Customers are liable for maintaining their accounts and are fully responsible for all activities occurring under their accounts. Should anybody gain unauthorized access to your account, you need to notify us immediately. rEvolutionaryTherapist is not liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account.
When creating your account, you are required to provide your financial information relevant to the chosen payment method; in some cases, you may be requested to provide your credit card details. Please note that any payments made on our platform will be processed by PayPal, Stripe, Square, Apple Pay, or Venmo. PayPal, Stripe, Square, Apple Pay, or Venmo will handle all of your financial information per their respective Terms of Service, and you agree to comply with such Terms of Service.
Our cancellation policy is designed to respect the time and commitment of both our clients and our therapists. When a client books a session, the payment is processed at the time of booking to secure the session slot. Clients have the flexibility to cancel their session at any time; however, the terms of cancellation vary based on the timing of the cancellation notice.
For cancellations provided with more than 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session start time, the client will be issued a session credit. This credit allows the client to reschedule the session at a later date at their convenience, ensuring that they can still receive the support they need without any additional financial burden. It is important for clients to understand that this credit system is designed to offer flexibility while also maintaining the integrity of the scheduling process.
In contrast, cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are subject to a stricter policy. Given the short notice, these cancellations result in the forfeiture of the session without the possibility of a refund or credit. This policy reflects the commitment to providing dedicated service to our clients, and the impact last-minute cancellations have on the ability to offer services to others.
rEvolutionaryTherapist does not offer refunds for any services. This no-refund policy is in place to underline the commitment required from both the therapist and the client in the therapeutic process. Payments made for sessions are considered final, emphasizing the importance of the therapy sessions as a step towards personal growth and healing.

We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.
We may suspend or terminate your right to use our website and terminate these Terms of Service immediately upon written notice to you for any breach of these Terms of Service.
