I value both our time and the commitment we make to each other in scheduling sessions. To honor this, I’ve established a cancellation policy that accommodates flexibility while upholding our scheduled commitments.

Timely Cancellations: If you need to cancel a session, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer your time slot to someone else in need. For cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice, you will receive a session credit, enabling you to reschedule at your convenience without any additional cost.

Self-Pay Clients: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session or if you do not show up, a $60 fee will be charged. If you have prepaid for your session ($125), the difference ($65) will be credited to your account for future use.

Insurance Clients: A late cancellation or no-show will incur a $60 fee, payable out-of-pocket, as insurance does not cover missed appointments.

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and emergencies happen. If you find yourself in an exceptional situation, please communicate with me in the message room. I am more than willing to discuss and accommodate genuine emergencies, ensuring our policy is fair and compassionate.
